Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
BlingRing.Boutique believes that customer service should be honest and effortless. NO refunds are expected, exchanges are absolutely understandable if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent out. To begin the exchange process please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. From there we will advise you with an exchange process and instructions. Items must be unworn and in the original packaging. All exchanges must be within 7 days from the date it was delivered. BlingRing.Boutique does NOT cover any return shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We ship to the address entered when ordering. In the event that your package was not received, & we can verify via tracking that the package was not received or delivered due to error on our end, we will issue a refund. If a refund is issued, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
